HomeMy WebLinkAbout2092-97 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1997/05/19f ORDINANCE NO. 2092-97 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-406 RELATED TO REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE USE OF PARKS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Municipal Code, Section 6-406, is hereby amended as follows: (i) Liquors and Beer. No person shall possess, display, consume or use alcoholic beverages in any City park. Exception. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed or used at the St. Louis Park Recreation Center in connection with banquets, receptions or other social functions subject to the terms of a user agreement between the host and the City. The user agreement shall be executed on a form provided by the City. It is in the sole discretion of the City to determine whether to enter into said user agreement. Section 2. Effective date.
