HomeMy WebLinkAbout96-2073 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1996/09/16r ORDINANCE NO. 96-2073 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO LICENSE FEES; AMENDING SECTIONS 13-803, 13-1103, 13-212.102, 13-222.102 and 15-212.102 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 13-803 (1) is amended to read: (1) Food Establishment License Fees. The annual license fee for each food establishment, except catering food vehicles, bakery food vehicles, packaged food establishments, potentially hazardous food vehicle, packaged snack food outlet, and retail candy shops, shall be $310.00 provided, however, that if more than one facility, such as, but not limited to, kitchen, bar, bakery, meat market, grocery store, delicatessen, which would require food establishment licenses if operated separately, shall be located on the same premises, the license fee shall be an additional $70.00 for each such facility in addition to the $310.00 for the first such facility. Section 2 . Section 13-1103 is amended to read: 6 Section 13-1103 License Fees. (1) The license fee for public swimming pools operating on a year-round basis shall be $210 for the first such facility and $105.00 for each additional facility at each location. (2) The license fee for public swimming pools operating on a seasonal basis shall be $180.00 for the first such facility and $90.00 for each additional facility at each location. Section 3. Section 13-212.102 is amended to read: Section 13-212.102. Fee for Examination and Certificate of Competence. The fee for the examination for a Certificate of Competence shall be $50.00 per examination. The fee for issuance of each Certificate of Competence card shall be $12.50. Section 4. Section 13-222.102 is amended to read: Section 13-222.102. Fee for Examination and Certificate of Competence. The fee for the examination for a Master's Certificate of Competence shall be $50.00 per examination. The fee for issuance of each Master's Certificate of Competence card shall be $12.50. Section 5. Section 15-212.102 is amended to read: Section 15-212.102. Certificate of Occupancy, Occupancy Change Inspection Fee. The occupancy inspection fee for changes in occupancy or ownership as required in Section 15-212-101 (except for licensed apartment buildings) shall be as follows: $100.00 for floor areas of 3,000 or less square feet; $190.00 for floor areas of more than 3,000 to 25,000 square feet; $275.00 for floor areas of more than 25,000 to 100,000 square feet, and; $360.00 for floor areas of greater than 100,000 square feet. The fee for change in occupancy of land without a structure shall be $50.00. Section 6 Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1997. Attest.
