LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the annual budget for the fiscal year 1996 of the City of St. Louis Park which was adopted by Ordinance 95-2054 on December 18, 1995 and subsequently amended by Ordinance 96- 2075 on October 7, 1996 is hereby amended.
