LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The City of St. Louis Park hereby amends the Official Map by Resolution by deleting the Official Map designation on that portion of the former Hutchinson Branch of the Burlington Northern Railroad which lies within the property legally described in the attached Exhibit A; and by adding the Official Map designation as described on attached Exhibit B which is hereby incorporated by reference to run parallel with the south property line located at 2631 Virginia Avenue within the City of St. Louis Park. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
