ORDINANCE NO. 2030-95
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK
ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY
AMENDING SECTION 14:5-4.3(C)(1)
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Findings
Sec. 1, The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the
Planning Commission (Case No. 95-7-ZA)
Sec. 2. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 14:5-4.3(C)(1) is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Amend c. and f. on page 90 as follows:
c. The residence structure shall be occupied by not more than 9 persons under
treatment.
f. The use shall not be located within 2000 feet of any other state licensed
residential facility or group home.
Add g. and h. on page 91 as follows:
The use shall be located within 300 feet of a "C" Commercial Use District.

h. The building structure shall not be modified or converted for the specific
purpose of accommodating the group home use except to comply with
American Disabilities Act requirements or other normal maintenance and
repair.
Sec. 3. The contents of Planning Case File 95-7-ZA are hereby entered into and made
part of the public hearing record and the record of decision for this case.
Sec.4. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
