LOUIS PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED TO LIQUOR LICENSING: SECTIONS 13-307(6) AND 13-326(4),"CITIZENSHIP" REPEAL; SECTION 13-329, "VIOLATIONS" THE CITY OF ST LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN Sec. 1 The St Louis Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: LIQUOR ORDINANCE Section 13-307(6) (Nonintoxicating, 3.2 Beer) No license shall be granted to any person for operation upon any premises upon which taxes or assessments, or financial claims of the City, are deliquent and unpaid Section 13-326(4). (Intoxicating). No license shall be issued to a person under 21 years of age or any person not of good moral character and repute. In addition, no new retail license may be issued to, and the City Council may refuse to renew the license of a person who within five years of the license application has been convicted of a felony or a willful violation of a federal or state law or local ordinance governing the manufacture, sale, distribution or possession for sale or distribution of an alcoholic beverage Section 13-329 Liquor -License Violations For City provisions related to violation of liquor -license laws, see Section 13-115, General Licensing Provisions, of this Code Sec 2 Effective Date This ordinance shall become effective 15 days after its publication Attest: City Clerk Revived for administration Approved as to form and execution.
