HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-2012 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1994/12/19ORDINANCE NO. 94-2012 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO LICENSE FEES; AMENDING SECTIONS 13-803, 13-1103 and 13-1482 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 13-803 (1) is amended to read: (1) Food Establishment License Fees. The annual license fee for each food establishment, except catering food vehicles, bakery food vehicles, packaged food establishments, potentially hazardous food vehicle, packaged snack food outlet and retail candy shops shall be $288.00 provided, however, that if more than one facility, such as, but not limited to, kitchen, bar, bakery, meat market, grocery store or delicatessen, which would require a food establishment license if owned separately, shall be located on the same premises, the license fee shall be an additional $66.00 for each such facility in addition to the $288.00 for the first such facility. Section 2, Section 13-1103 (2) is amended to read: (2) The license fee for a public swimming pool(s) operating on a seasonal basis shall be $168.00 for all such facilities at each location. Section 3. Section 13-1482 is amended to read: Section 13-1482. Required License Fees. The annual license fee for hotels, lodging houses and boarding houses shall be as follows: (1) Hotels (and motels) 1 - 50 rooms $210.00 plus 51 rooms and over (per room) 2.10 (2) Lodging House per location $84.00 (3) Boarding House per location $84.00 If a lodging house serves food the lodging house license fee shall be $126.00.
