ORDINANCE NO. 94-1998
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE
CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS
4020 AND 4024 XENWOOD AVENUE
4019 YOSEMITE AVENUE
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959,
Ordinance No. 730; amended December 31, 1992, Ordinance No. 1902-93, as heretofore
amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by
reclassifying the following described lands from their existing land use district classification
to the new land use district classification as indicated for the tract as hereinafter set forth, to
wit:
See Attached Exhibit A - Legal Description
4020 & 4024 Xenwood Avenue from C-2 Commercial to R-2 Low Density Residential; and
4019 Yosemite Avenue from R-2 Low Density Residential to C-2 Commercial.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.

THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
