That the sum of $200,000 be transferred during 1993 and 1994 from interest earnings of the Inactive Special Assessment Debt Service Fund, Account No. 350-4531 to the Municipal Building Fund Fund, Account No. 411- 3962 for remodeling of 1st and 2nd floor of City Hall and Recreation Center renovation as provided in the 1994 budget. Section 2. That the City Manager be directed to cause the appropriate accounting entries to be made in the books and records of the City.
