ORDINANCE NO. 93-1936
ORDINANCE ADJUSTING THE 1994 WATER AND SEWER RATES
Section 9-101. Water Rates
(1) Rates. The rate due and payable to the City by each water user with the
City for water taken from the City water supply system for calendar year 1994
shall be $.606 per 100 cu. ft.
All charges for single and multiple -family dwelling users shall be determined
and payable on a quarterly basis, and all charges for commercial, industrial and
institutional users shall be determined and payable on a monthly or quarterly
basis provided, however, that there shall be a service charge to each water
user for each quarter year period during which water service is furnished as
follows:

In case the meter is found to have stopped or to be operating in a faulty
manner, the amount of water used will be estimated in accordance with the amount
previously used for the comparable period of the last previous year.
Where single and multiple -family dwelling service is for less than a quarterly
period, the quarterly service charge will be prorated.
(4) Automatic Sprinkler System. Where a connection is made to an automatic
sprinkler system for a standby service only, a charge for such service shall be
made on an annual basis for calendar year 1994 as follows:

Section 9-231. Sewer Rental Rates. Charges for sewer service to residential
and non-residential users within the City provided in Section 9-230 hereof for
calendar year 1994 shall be: $1.16 per 100 cubic feet of water consumption as
measured during the winter quarter (or otherwise determined in Section 9-231
(1), and a service charge of $2.92 monthly, or $8.75 quarterly per dwelling or
account.

ST LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE
SECTION 9-101 WATER RATES,
SECTION 9-231 SEWER RENTAL RATES
Summary This ordinance established the

bills generated after January 1,1993. Water rates
will be increased by 4% and sewer rate will be
increased by 5%
