ORDINANCE NO. 1934-93
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE
CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS
5430 Minnetonka Boulevard
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance amended December 31, 1992,
Ordinance No. 1902-92, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the
zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described lands from their existing
land use district classification to the new land use district classification as indicated for the
tract as hereinafter set forth, to wit:
Lot 15, except the North 80 feet thereof, and Lot 16, except the North 80 feet
thereof of Auditors Subdivision Number 351, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
except those parts conveyed to the County of Hennepin in Documents
Numbers 3876997 and 3876998 (Abstract)
from C-1, Neighborhood Commercial District, to C-2, Commercial District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
