ORDINANCE NO. 1930a-93
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE BY THE CITY
OF A PORTION OF PARK CENTER BOULEVARD
TO EFFECT VACATION THEREOF
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City has vacated a portion of an easement for Park Center Boulevard
in connection with future redevelopment of the Tower Place Site, as set forth in Ordinance
No. 1923-93.
Section 2. In order to further evidence the vacation of the easement and to satisfy
certain requirements of the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles, it is desirable that the City
quit claim that portion of certain real property previously encumbered by the vacated
easement, which property is legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
Section 3. The St. Louis Park City Council hereby directs and authorizes the Mayor
and City Manager to execute any and all instruments and documents necessary to evidence
the vacation of that portion of Park Center Boulevard lying within the real property
described on Exhibit "A" hereto.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.

EXHIBIT A - - LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That part of Park Center Boulevard lying within the following described property
to wit: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
7, Township 20, Range 24, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Excelsior Avenue and the
east line of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter; thence on an assumed
bearing of South 66 degrees 54 minutes 19 seconds West, along said centerline.
850.50 feet; thence North 23 degrees 05 minutes 41 seconds West, 52.00 feet;
thence South 70 degrees 01 minute 19 seconds West, 257.00 feet; thence North 67
degrees 21 minutes 41 seconds West, 6.31 feet; thence South 69 degrees 30
minutes 16 seconds West, 11.06 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence
northwesterly on a non-tangential curve concave to the southwest for a distance
of 51.34 feet, radius of said curve is 202.30 feet and chord bearing is North 62
degrees 25 minutes 43 seconds West; thence North 69 degrees 41 minutes 53
seconds West, tangent to last described curve, 94.80 feet; thence on a
tangential curve to the right for a distance of 56.73 feet, radius of said curve
is 154.54 feet; thence South 14 degrees 14 minutes 55 seconds East, 122.19 feet;
thence southerly on a non-tangential curve concave to the northeast for a
distance of 34.09 feet, radius of said curve is 40.00 feet and chord bearing is
South 49 degrees 39 minutes 57 seconds East; thence North 82 degrees 37 minutes
50 seconds East, 4.59 feet; thence North 66 degrees 23 minutes 01 second East,
