ORDINANCE NO. 93-1928
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK
ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY
AMENDING SECTION 14:6-1.3
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Findings
Sec. 1. The City Council has considered the -advice and recommendation of the
Planning Commission (Case No. 93-33-za)
Sec. 2. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 14:6-1.3(A)(42) shall be amended
to read as follows:
42. Shopping Centers.
one (1) space for each 200 gross square feet for shopping centers over 100,000
square feet, and
One (1) space for each 220 square feet for shopping centers less than 100,000
square feet.
Grocery stores within shopping centers would require one (1) space for each
one hundred eighty (180) gross square feet of floor area.
Food services including designated seating areas located within shopping
centers shall require one stall per 200 square feet of gross floor area for up to
2% of the gross floor area of the shopping center. Food service exceeding 2%
of the gross floor area of the shopping center gross floor area shall require one
stall per 25 square feet of customer service area.
Sec. 3. The contents of Planning Case File 93-33-ZA are hereby entered into and
made part of the public hearing record and the record of decision for this case.
,Sec.4. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
