ORDINANCE NO. 93-1911
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK
ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY
AMENDING SECTION 14:6-1.2.C(11)
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Findings
Sec. 1. The City Council has considered the advice and recommendation of the
Planning Commission (Case No. 93-5-ZA).
Sec. 2. The table in the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 14.6-1.2.C(11) is
hereby amended to read as follows:

Freeway B
Arterial B
Major Collector* C
Minor Collector* D
Local* D
*On those major collectors, minor collectors and local streets in commercial or
industrial use districts where a residential use district is not abutting the
parcel containing the off-street parking or paved area or is not located across
the street from the off-street parking or paved area, the bufferyard type may
be reduced to a'B".
Sec. 3. The contents of Planning Case File 93-5-ZA are hereby entered into and made
part of the public hearing record and the record of decision for this case.
Sec.4. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
