AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS
OF THE ST. LOUIS PARK HOME RULE CHARTER
TO CORRECT CERTAIN ERRORS IN PUNCTUATION AND GRAMMAR
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. On August 12, 1992, the St. Louis Park Charter Commission
unanimously recommended that the City Council enact the following Charter
amendments by ordinance.
Section 2. The following sections of the St. Louis Park Rule Charter
are amended to correct certain errors in punctuation and grammar:
1.00, Preamble
1.02, Powers of the City
2.03, Elected Officers
3.03, Rules of Procedure and Quorum
3.07, Signing and Publication of Ordinances and Publication of Minutes,
Resolutions and Administrative Rules and Regulations
5.02, Powers and Duties of the City Manager
6.04, Preparation of Annual Budget
6.08, Emergency Appropriation in Budget
6.11, Disbursements - How Made
6.13, Receipts to go to City Treasurer
11.02, Sale of Real Property
11.04, Damage Suits
Index, Council - Giving Notice
Index, Councilmembrs.- Expense
Index, Legal Newspaper
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect in the City Charter on December 10, 1992 (first reading on October 5,
second reading on October 20, publication on November 25, 1992).
