AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE
BY AMENDING THE FINAL GENERAL PUD PLAN FOR THE
MONTEREY PARK PUD
2925 MONTEREY AVENUE
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959,
Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, and as further amended by Ordinance
No. 1684-86 which created the Monterey Park PUD which is legally described as
follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Daystar Addition, except that part thereof lying South
of a line which extends to the East line of Block 1 and is drawn
parallel with and a distance seven feet North from the North line of
Lot 2, in said Block 1, and East of the Northerly extension of the West
line of said Lot 2
is hereby amended by permitting a hostel not to exceed 60 beds in the existing building and
deleting the 36 unit senior citizen apartment building.
Section 2. Section 14-187(4) of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by
adding the following section:
hh. Hostel Five parking spaces plus one parking space for each 4 beds.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
