ORDINANCE NO. 1888-92
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City of St. Louis Park hereby amends the Official Map by
resolution by deleting the Official Map designation on that portion of the Hutchinson
Branch of the Burlington Northern Railroad which lies within the property legally described
in attached Exhibit A; and
By adding the Official Map designation as shown on attached Exhibit B and as legally
described in attached Exhibits C & D.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.

That part of the Burlington Northern, inc property (formerly Great
Northern Railway Co , Hutchinson Branch) in the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 7 and the Northwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 8, all in Township 117 North, Range 21 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian described as follows
Commencing at the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 7, thence on an assumed bearing
of North, along the east line of said Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter, a distance of 190 57 feet, to the southerly
right-of-way line of the railway as described in Book 14 of Deeds.
