HomeMy WebLinkAbout1888-92 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1992/07/201 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1888-92 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The City of St. Louis Park hereby amends the Official Map by resolution by deleting the Official Map designation on that portion of the Hutchinson Branch of the Burlington Northern Railroad which lies within the property legally described in attached Exhibit A; and By adding the Official Map designation as shown on attached Exhibit B and as legally described in attached Exhibits C & D. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
