ORDINANCE NO. 1887-92
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE
BY AMENDING THE FINAL GENERAL PUD PLAN FOR THE
MONTEREY PARK PUD
2900-2940 MONTEREY AVENUE
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959,
Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, and as further amended by Ordinance No. 1684-
86 which created the Monterey Park PUD which is legally described as follows:
Lots 1-21 and that part of Lot 22, described as follows:
The North 35.00 feet of that part of Lot 22, Block 1, Monterey Park, Hennepin
County, Minnesota lying westerly of the Southerly extension of the East line
of Lot 20, Block 1, Monterey Park; and
The South 192.47 feet of the North 227.47 feet of the most Westerly 35.00
feet of Lot 22, Block 1, Monterey Park;
all in Block 1, Monterey Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota (Torrens)
is hereby amended by reducing the number of townhomes from 20 to 18 as shown on Exhibit
Al.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
