AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTION OF UTILITY EASEMENT

THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. A petition in writing signed by a majority of all of the owners of all property
abutting upon both sides of the public utility easement proposed to be vacated has been duly
filed with the City Clerk, requesting vacation of the utility easement, and the City Clerk has
furnished a copy of said petition to the City Manager who has caused a public hearing notice
on the requested vacation to be published in the St. Louis Park Sailor on September 4, 1991.
The St. Louis Park City Council has conducted a public hearing upon said petition and has
determined that the utility easement is not needed for public purposes, and that it is in the
best interest of the public that said utility easement be vacated.
Section 2. The following described utility easement, as now dedicated and laid out
within the corporate limits of the City of St. Louis Park, is vacated:

Section 3. The City Clerk is instructed to record certified copies of this ordinance in
the Office of the Hennepin County Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles as the case may
be.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.

Description for Vacation of Part of Watermain,
Sanitary Sewer and Storm Easement
as Acquired in Document No. 2871012
That part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township
117 North, Range 21 West of the 5th Principal Meridian described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said South Half of the Southeast
Quarter; thence westerly, along the north line of said South Half of the
Southeast Quarter a distance of 922.23 feet; thence southerly, at a
right angle, a distance of 543.43 feet, to the point of beginning;
thence easterly, parallel with said north line, a distance of 154.00
feet; thence northerly, at a right angle, a distance of 14.65 feet;
thence westerly, parallel with said north line, a distance of 157.75
feet; thence southerly, at a right angle, a distance of 14.65 feet;
thence easterly, a distance of 3.75 feet, to the,point pf beginning.
