AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS AND
PROVIDING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROGRAM
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the sum of $96,191 be transferred from the Contingency
appropriation balance of the General Fund, account 01-4467-34, to the
following account to provide appropriations for the Community Education
program.
01-4467-760-33 General Services $96,191
Section 2. That the City Manager be directed to cause the appropriate
accounting entries to be made in the books and records of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its
publication.
