ORDINANCE NO. 1823-90
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, SECTIONS
13-307(8) AND 13-326(9) RELATED TO THE LOCATION OF
NONINTOXICATING AND IRIOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Municipal Code, Section 13-307(8), is
hereby amended to read:
(8) No "on -sale" license shall be granted within 300_"feet-
of any school building or house of worship. However, if a
school or house of worship is constructed or relocated within
the prohibited area, affecting an existing license, the
relocation or construction of the school or house of worship
shall not, in and of itself, render the licensed premises
ineligible for reissuance of its license.
Section 2. The St. Louis Park Municipal Code, Section 13-326(9), is
hereby amended to read:
(9) No license shall be granted within 300 feet of any school
building or house of worship. However, if a school or house
of worship is constructed or relocated within the prohibited
area, affecting an existing license, the relocation or
construction of the school or house of worship shall not,
in and of itself, render the licensed premises ineligible
for reissuance of its license.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days
following gits publication.
