AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK
ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY
AMENDING SECTION 14-185.08 AS IT RELATES TO SIGNAGE FOR
RETAIL USES IN THE I-1, INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Sec. 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 14-185 08, footnote two of Table
A, is hereby amended to read:
For retail land uses, the total area of all wall signs on any wall of a building
shall not exceed 7% of the wall area provided that the maximum area for any
individual wall sign shall not exceed 150 square feet. Signage for retail land
uses which is not wall signage, shall comply with the requirements of the table
concerning aggregate sign area and maximum sign size.
Sec. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
