LOUIS PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATEM TO INSURANCE AND BOND Rr7QUIRED FOR CITY LICENSES AND PERMrrS: REPEALING SECTIONS 13-119 through 13-124; REPLl1CING WITIH NEW SECTION 13-119, "INSURANCE AND BOND REQUIRED." THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of a new Section 13-119 to read as follows: Section 13-119. Insurance and Bonds Required. Insurance: Applicants for the licenses or permits listed in this section shall maintain in effect liability insurance (as indicated below) provided by an insurance carrier authorized to do business in Minnesota, of at least $100,000 per person bodily injury and $300,000 per accident bodily injury and $50,000 property damage, or a single -limit policy must maintain $300,000 liability coverage. The applicant shall deliver to the City Clerk a certificate of such insurance, and said policy shall provide that it may not be cancelled by the insurer except upon 30 days prior written notice to the City Clerk, and if such insurance is terminated or not renewed with another policy conforming to the requirements of this section, the license shall be automatically suspended until the insurance has been replaced and a new certificate of insurance filed with the City Clerk. Bonds: Applicants for the licenses or permits listed in this section shall maintain in effect bonds for the penal sums indicated. The bonds shall be conditioned that the licensee shall comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations, will pay all fees and fines, and will hold the City harmless from any damage that may result frau the operations of the applicant.
