AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATED TO ZONING AND SIGNS
SECTION 14-185.03 (2) (b)
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 14-185.03 (2) (b) is amended to read as
follows:
All signs are prohibited on or over the public right-of-way or
right-of-way easement, except the City Council may grant
permission for a temporary sign on or over the right-of-way for a
period not to exceed ten (10) days and further provided that
signs on courtesy benches may be permitted on the public
right-of-way in accordance with the provisions of the Courtesy
Bench Ordinance of the City Ordinance Code.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after
its publication.
