AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE
CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY AMENDING
SECTION 14-185.08 SIGN ORDINANCE
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Sec. 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 14-185.08 is hereby amended to
include the following footnotes.
3. For buildings located in the PUD, Planned Unit Development District, which
are eight stories or more in height or more than 85 feet in height, the
maximum size for any one sign may be increased to 300 square feet, provided
that such sign shall be located on the wall of the building at or above the
eighth floor or more than 75 feet above the ground.
4. For buildings located in the DDD, Diversified Development District, which are
eight stories or more in height or more than 85 feet in height, the maximum
size for any one sign may be increased to 400 square feet, provided that such
sign shall be located on the wall of the building at or above the eighth floor or
more than 75 feet above the ground.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
