HomeMy WebLinkAbout1775-89 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1989/02/061 ORDINANCE NO. 1775-89 AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVE TERM OF ORDINANCE NO. 1738-88, AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING DEVELOPMENT RESTRICTIONS ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 12/I-394 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 - Terms The development restrictions contained in Ordinance No. 1738-88, Sections 1.01 and 2.01, are hereby extended in time by amending Section 3. Term to read as follows: 3.01 This ordinance shall terminate on April 28, 1989. In the event that the City of St. Louis Park enacts a Traffic Management Overlay Ordinance for the Highway 12/1-394 corridor prior to April 28, 1989, this ordinance shall terminate upon the effective date of such Traffic Management Overlay Ordinance.
