LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS West Side of Dakota Between 37th Street to South of Oxford THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described lands from their existing land use district classification to the new land use district classification as indicated for the tract as hereinafter set forth, to wit: That part of Block 51A and Block 55, "St. Louis Park Centre" lying Easterly of the Dan Patch Railroad right-of-way. from I-1, Industrial, to R-3 or R -M, Residential -Medium Density. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
