ORDINANCE NO. 1767-88
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE
CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION WITHIN A PUD ZONING DISTRICT
2925 Monterey Avenue
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance 86-1684 adopted July 7, 1986
is hereby further amended by restating the uses permitted and allowing a modification
to the Landscape Plan:
Lot 1, Block 1, Daystar Addition, except that part thereof lying South of
a line which extends to the East line of Block 1 and is drawn parallel
with and a distant seven feet North from the North line of Lot 2, in said
Block 1, and East of the Northerly extension of the West line of said Lot 2
The uses permited are townhouses (20 units), senior citizen housing (36 units)
(Building 2), apartments (2 units) and ancillary facilities for the housing units
(Building 1) as shown on Exhibit A and modifications to the Landscape Plan as shown
on Exhibit B. The attached Exhibit A - Final General PUD Plan, Site Plan and
Exhibit B, Final General PUD Plan, Landscape Plan, Case No. 88-60-Z, are hereby
ordained to be the Final General PUD Plans governing land use and development for
the above described area.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
