LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS EAST SIDE OF PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE EXTENDED, WEST SIDE OF LOUISIANA AVENUE BETWEEN 27TH STREET AND DEPOT AVENUE (UNIMPROVED) THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described lands from their existing land use district classification to the new land use district classification as indicated for the tract as hereinafter set forth, to wit: All those parts of the E 1/2 of Section 8, Township 117, Range 21, West, Fifth Principal Meridian described as follows: That part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 8 bounded on the North by the Center line of the I3urlington Northern Railroad, on the East by the Westerly right-of-way line of Louisiana Avenue, on the South by the South line of the Burlington Northern Railroad and the South right-of-way line of the Hutchinson Branch of the Burlington Northern Railroad, and on the West by the West line of NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 8 from R -B, Residential -Business, to B-3, Business, and That part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 8 bounded on the North by the North line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, on the East by the West right-of-way line of Louisiana Avenue, on the South by the Center line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, and on the West by the West right-of-way line of Nevada Avenue extended from R -B, Residential -Business, to R-4, Multiple Family Residence, and That part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 8 bounded on the North by the North right-of-way line of Depot Avenue (unimproved), on the East by the West right-of-way line of Nevada Avenue extended, on the South by the North line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, and on the West by the West line of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 8 from R-4, Multiple Family Residence, to R-1, Single Family Residence, and That part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 8 bounded on the North by the North line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, on the East by the West right-of-way line of Nevada Avenue extended, on the South by the Center line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, and on the West by the West line of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 8 from R -B, Residential -Business, to R-1, Single Family Residence Section 2.
