AN ORDINANCE RELEASING TITLE INTERESTS IN PROPERTY
KNOW AS 2633 ALABAMA AVENUE, ST. LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. In order to allow a transfer of title from First
Trust Company, Inc. to Mortgage Guarantee Insurance Corporation
for property financed by mortgage revenue bonds issued by the City
of St. Louis Park, the Hennepin County Examiner of Titles has
recommended that the City consider releasing whatever interest it
may have in the following described property located at 2633
Alabama Avenue in St. Louis Park:
Apartment No. 2633, Apartment Ownership No.
117, Sungate Two Condominium, a condominium
located in the County of Hennepin.
Hereinafter referred to as the "Property."
Section 2. The St. Louis Park City Council has determined
that the Property is not needed for public purposes and that it is
in the best interest of the public that the City release any
interest it may have in the Property.
Section 3. All interests of the City of St. Louis Park in the
Property are hereby released, and the Mayor and Acting City
Manager are authorized to execute any and all documents necessary
to release said interests of the City. A certified copy of this
ordinance shall be filed in the chain of title of the Property.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after its
publication.
