ORDINANCE NO. 1754 88
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE BY THE
CITY OF PROPERTY AT 3704-3706 COLORADO AVE. SOUTH
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council has determined there is no City public
need for this property.
Section 2. The City Council on June 20, 1988 approved the Poretti
proposal to buy two Lots on Colorado at 37th Street and staff negotiated
the sale.
Section 3. It is hereby determined that a reasonable value of the
property is Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000).
Section 4. The City shall dispose of the property to Robert S.
Poretti and Rhoda A. Poretti; said property is described as follows:
Lots 12 and 13 and the South 3 feet of Lot 11 adjoining said Lot
12 Block 50, "Rearrangement of St. Louis Park".
Section 5. The Mayor and acting City Manager are hereby authorized
ori–SiTiTf—Of the City to execute documents for the sale and conveyance
of the property to Robert S. Poretti and Rhoda A. Poretti for the sum
of Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000) as payment for the above described
property.
Section 6. The City Clerk is instructed to record certified copies
of this ordinance in the Office of the Hennepin County Register of Deeds.
Section 7. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after its
publication.
Adopted by the City Council August 1, 1988.
