AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE
CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS
Southwest corner of Highway 100 and Highway 7
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959,
Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing
the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described lands from
their existing land use district classification to the new land use district classification
as indicated for the tract as hereinafter set forth, to wit:
Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision Number 249, Hennepin County, Minnesota
(Torrens Certificate No. 543196)
from I-1, Industrial District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District. The attached
Exhibit 1 - Final General PUD Plan, Case No. 88-28-Z, is hereby ordained to be the
Final General PUD Plan governing land use and development for the above described
area.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
Adopted by the City Council August 1, 1988
