ORDINANCE NO. 1740-88
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATED
TO OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION: SECTION 12-l0
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Municipal Code, Sec. 12-1001 is amended as
follows:
Section 12-1001. Obstructing an officer. No person shall by means of
physical conduct intentionally obstruct, hinder or prevent:
1. The lawful execution of any legal process, civil or criminal;
2. The apprehension of any person on a charge or conviction of a criminal
offense; or
3. A City employee from discharging or attempting to discharge a duty
of office.
Section 2. Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after
its publication.
Adopted by the City Council March 21, 1988.
