LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Pursuant to a conveyance of forfeited lands dated June 23, 1978, the State of Minnesota conveyed to the City of St. Louis Park for pedestrian walkway purposes that property located at 3877 Park Center Boulevard, St. Louis Park, and legally described: That part of Section 7, Township 28, Range 24, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section thence South 443 71/100 feet thence southerly 68 feet along East line of Highway to point of _ beginning of tract to be described; thence East 126 5/10 feet to a point 487 71/100 feet South from the North line of Section; thence South 133 95/100 feet; thence deflecting 80 degrees 24 minutes right 104 73/100 feet to the Easterly line of Highway; thence northwesterly to beginning except highway ("Property"). Section 2. The pedestrian walkway use for which the Property was conveyed has terminated. Section 3. The Property, within the corporate limits of the City of St. Louis Park, shall be reconveyed to the State of Minnesota. Section 4. -Tfte pro p e r t y -i-s subj e c t -to ttat —C ert a i n condemnation action commenced by The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, Hennepin County District Court, Fourth Judicial District, Court File No. CD -2033. Section 5. The City of St. Louis Park desires that the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners authorize a non-public sale of the Property to The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, for resale. Section 6. The Mayor and City Manager are instructed to execute on behalf of the City, the necessary Reconveyance of Forfeited Lands to State of Minnesota by Governmental Subdivisions. Section 7. The Ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council February 1, 1988.
