LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE, SECTIONS 13-912, 13-912.101 and 13-913, RELATED TO LICENSE FES FOR COIN- . OPERATED FOOD VENDING MACHINES THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Sec. 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is amended to read as follows: Section 13-912. No License Required: (1) Controlled Location - No person shall be required to obtain a license for a controlled location vending machine provided, however, that the vending machine shall meet the requirements of this ordinance and be subject to inspections; (2) Canned Softdrinks - No person shall be required to obtain a license for vending machines which dispense only bottled or canned softdrinks (including water and juice); (3) Bulk Vending - No person shall be required to obtain a license for vending machines dispensing only gumballs, hard candy, unsorted confections, or ice manufactured and packaged by another. Section 13-913. License Fee: (1) The annual fee for each coin-operated food and open -container beverage machine shall be $15. (2) , The annual fee for each machine dispensing nuts only shall be $5. Sec. 2. EffecLive Date. This ordinance shall take effect July 1, 1987. Adopted by the City cil/'J' uly/ , 1987.
