ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE BY THE CITY OF
PROPERTY LOCATED ON LOUISIANA AVENUE SOUTH
CONSISTING OF 3028, 3032, 3048, 3104, 3108,
3112, 3116, 3136, 3140, 3146, 3152
LOUISIANA AVENUE SOUTH
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Lots 21, 25, 26, Block 1, Boulevard Heights; Lots 2, 3, 4,
5, 10, 11, 12 and the North 30 feet of Lot 13, Lot 14 and South 10 feet of
Lot 13, Block 1, Boulevard Heights 2nd Addition, were purchased for right
of way for Louisiana Avenue and these lots are no longer needed for the
public purpose originally intended.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Manager, or their designees, are hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City, to negotiate the sales of the properties
described in Section 1 of this ordinance and to execute any and all docu-
ments necessary to complete the sales of the properties listed -above.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after its
publication.
