LOUIS PARK: ORDINANCE CXX)E RELATED TO I 1 CIC ATING LIQUOR: ADDING SECTION 13-333.101, TEMPORARY Chi -SALE LICENSES THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis, -Park Ordinance Code is mended by the addition of Section 13-333.101 to read: Section 13-333.101. Temporary On -Sale Licenses. TeMporary on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses may be issued - to a club or charitable,, religious, or other.noirofit organization, in existence for at least three years, in con lection with a social event within the city and sponsored by the licensee. -A license shall be issued for not more than one day, nor more than two occasions peri licensee calendar year, and may authorize sales on premises other than that awned or permanentlyoocupied by the licensee. The license may also provide that the licensee may contract for intoxicating liquor catering services withihe holder of a St. Louis Park full -year on -sale intoxicating liquor license. Licenses issued under this section are subject to all laws and.ordinances governing the sale of intoxicating liquor,, except ,that mandatory liability insurance pro- visions (Mn. Stat. Section 340A.4091 do not apply, and those other laws and ordinances which -by their'nature are•not applicable. A license approved by -the -City Council shall not be valid until approved by the Commissioner of Public Safety. The fee for such License shall be $50;per day. Section 2. Effective Date.
