LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described lands from their existing land use district classification to the new land use district classification as indicated for the tract as hereinafter set forth, to wit: The area bounded by the center line of Belt Line Boulevard, the center line of Park Glen Road, the easterly radius of Park Glen Road cul-de-sac, a line parallel to and 230 feet south of the south right-of-way line of the Chicago Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad (also the north boundary line of Beltline Business Park), a line 850 feet west of and parallel to the east municipal boundary, the south and southeasterly boundary lines of the plat of Beltline Business Park. (This description includes Lots 1, 2 and a portion of Lot 3, Block 1, Beltline Business Park.) from R-4, Multiple Family Residence District and I-1, Industrial District to R -B, Residential Business. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
