ORDINANCE NO. 1672-86
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE
CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959,
Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing
the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described lands from
their existing land use district classification to the new land use district classification
as indicated for the tract bounded by the following:
The south right of way line of Belt Line Boulevard; the south line of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 28, Range 24; the east line
of the West Half of Section 6, Township 28, Range 24; a line having a
45° angle to the northeast located 375 feet north of the intersection of
the south line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 28, Range
24, and the east line of the West Half of Section 6, Township 28, Range
24; a line parallel and 250 feet south of the south right of way line of
the Chicago Milwaukee St. Paul and Pacific Railroad; and a line
perpendicular to the south right of way line of Belt Line Boulevard at
a point located 1577 feet measured perpendicularly west of the City's
east municipal boundary.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
