LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING LICENSE FEES: AMUSEMENT DEVICES; AUCTION/ESTATE SALES; PAWNBROKER/SECOND- HAND DEALER; SCAVENGER; SOFTDRINKS; TARGET SHOOTING. THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Sections 13-404, 13-414, 13-603, 13-933, 13-1023, 13-1323 & 13-1329.103, is amended to read: ELECTRONIC/MECHANICAL AMUSEMENT DEVICES: The annual license and/or renewal fee for Section 13-404. License Fee. amusement devices shall be 30. CHILDRNT DEVICES: Section 13-414. License Fee. The annual fee for such a license shall be $30 for each amusement device. TARGET & TRAP SHOOTING (INCLUDING BOW/ARROW AND AIR RIFLES): Section 13-603. License Fee. The annual fee for such target and trap shooting license shall be $50. SOFTDRINKS IN COOLER: Section 13-933. License Fee The annual fee for such license shall be $20. SCAVENGERS ("a person who cleans a privy. vault. cesspool septic tank, etc" : Section 13-1023. License Fee. The annual fee for such license shall be $50. PAWNBROKER/SECOND-HAND DEALER: Section 13-1323. License Fee. The annual fee for any license issued under this ordinance shall be 5100. AUCTION ESTATE SALES: Section 13-1329.103. Fees. (a) The annual auction license fee shall be $60. (b) The annual estate sale license shall be .$60. Seco 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council October 21, 1985.
