LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described lands from their existing land use district classification to the new land use district classification as indicated for the tract as hereinafter set forth, to -wit: The area bounded on the north by the south right of way line of westerly 36th Street; bounded on the east by the westerly right of way line of the abandoned Burlington Northern Railroad spur sometimes referred to as the Hopkins Branch or the Hutchinson Branch; bounded on the south by the City of St. Louis Park municipal boundary line; and bounded on the west by the easterly right of way line of new County Road 18. from R-1, Single Family Residence District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District. The attached Exhibit A - the Final Planned Unit Development, the Minneapolis Federation for Jewish Service, Case No. 85-35-Z, is hereby ordained to be the Final General PUD Plan governing land use and development for the above described area. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
