AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE NORTH FRONTAGE ROAD
OF HIGHWAY 7 SOUTH OF WALKER STREET
(This property is owned by the City in fee title and while technically
not right-of-way, it abuts an existing frontage road)
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. A petition in writing signed by a majority of all of the owners
property abutting upon both sides of the street proposed to be vacated has bee
filed with the City Clerk, requesting vacation of the street, and the City Cle
furnished a copy of said petition to the City Manager who has reported filing of s

'Section 2. The following described street, as now dedicated and laid out within
the corporate limits of the City of St. Louis Park, is vacated:
That part of Lot 6, Block 323, REARRANGEMENT OF ST. LOUIS PARK,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, and that part of vacated Hurst Street which is
described as follows: Commencing at the angle point on the north line of Lot
1, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 327, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence South
56 degrees 50 minutes 56 seconds East (assumed bearing) along the northeasterly
line of said Lot 1 a distance of 144.18 feet to the point of beginning of the
added tract to be described; thence southerly 227.58 feet along a nontangential
curve concave to the west, radius of 1145.92 feet, central angle of 11 degrees
22 minutes 45 seconds, and a chord that bears South 13 degrees 18 minutes
08 seconds West to the easterly extension of the south line of Lot 10, Block
323; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 56 seconds West, not tangent to last
described curve, along said easterly extension of the south line of Lot 10 a
distance of 56.33 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 6; thence northeasterly
along the westerly line of said Lot 6 and its extension northeasterly through
part of vacated Hurst Street, along a nontangential curve which is concave to
the southeast, central angle of 23 degrees 08 minutes 27 seconds, radius of
614.00 feet, chord bearing of North 26 degrees 09 minutes 53 seconds East, an
arc length of 247.98 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 9137 square feet.
reserving, however, to the City of St. Louis Park any and all easements that may exist
in, over, and across the described property for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main,
and public utility purposes.
Section 3. The City Clerk is instructed to record certified copies of this ordinance
in the Office of the Hennepin County Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles as the
case may be.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
