Ordinance No. 1653-85
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS AND
PROVIDING APPROPRIATIONS FOR I.U.O.E. LOCAL NO. 49
SALARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1985.
The City of St. Louis Park does ordain:
Section 1. That the sum of $33,281 be transfered from the Salary Adjustment
Appropriation of the General Fund, Account No. 01-4110-760-33, to the follow-
ing accounts in the General Fund to provide appropriations for salary adjust-
ments and benefits for fiscal year 1985:
01-4110-08 Central Building Maintenance $ 3,287
01-4110-22 Street Maintenance 15,725
01-4110-24 Lighting/Traffic Control 1,123
01-4504-35 Transfer to Park & Rec. Fund 13,146
Total General Fund 33,281
Section 2. That the estimated revenue of the Park and Recreation Fund,
Account 04-3901 "Transfer from Other Funds" be re -estimated in the addi-
tional amount of $13,146 resulting from "transfer" in Section 1, and that
said sum be appropriated from the Fund Balance of the Park and Recreation
Fund, Account 04-2602 to the following accounts for salary adjustments for
fiscal year 1985:
04-4110-30 Park Maintenance $ 10,900
04-4110-26 Forestry 2,146
Total Park & Rec. Fund 13,146
Section 3. That the estimated revenue of the Municipal Service Center Fund,
Account 75-3801 "Reimbursement from Other Funds" be re -estimated in the addi-
tional amount of $ 4,493 and that said sum be appropriated from the Fund Bal-
ance of the Municipal Service Center Fund, Account 75-2660, to the following
account for salary adjustments for fiscal year 1985:
75-4110-67 Equipment Maintenance

Section 4. That the sum of $8,986 be transferred from the Emergency Appro-
priation of the Water Utility Fund, Account No. 81-4898-41, to the following
accounts in the Water Utility Fund to provide appropriations for salary ad-
justments for fiscal year 1985:
81-4110-42 Source of Supply $ 2,247
81-4110-43 Distribution 6,739
Total Water Utility 8,986
Section 5. That the sum of $1,315 be transferred from the following Accounts
in the Sewer Utility Fund to the Sewer Utility Fund, Fund Balance Account 83-2660.
83-4110-32 Storm Sewer Maintenance $ 1,123
83-4110-47 Collection (2,438)
Total Sewer Utility (1,315)
Section 6. That the City Manager be directed to cause the appropriate
accounting entries to be made in the books and records of the City.
Section 7. This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1985.
