LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Code Section- 1-3-803, Item 5, Sub items {a) and (b) are amended to read as follows: Section 13-803. License fees. Fees for licenses issued hereunder shall be set forth herein. (5) Packaged Snack Food Outlet License Fee. The annual license fee shall be as follows: (a) For a single location, the annual license fee shall be $10.00 provided further if the single location is operated in conjunction with another facility requiring a license and fee under this ordinance, the single location shall not be required to obtain a license. (b) For a business operating more than one packaged, food outlet the annual license fee shall be $100.00 for the entire business. Section 2. Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days or both. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication.
