LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE CHAPTER 3, PERSONNEL, SECTION 3-204, RELATED TO SEPARATION DATE THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Sec. 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 3-204 is amended to read: Section 3-204. Resignation. Any employee wishing to leave the municipal service in good tanding shall file with his department head at least ten (10) working days before leaving a written re- signation stating the effective date of the resignation. Failure to comply with this procedure may be considered cause of denying such employee future employment by the municipality and denying terminal leave benefits. The employee's separation date, upon resiqnation or retirement, shall be the employee's last actual workinq day unless the City Manaqer determines it appropriate to waive this requirement. Unauthorized absence from viori, for a period of three working days may be considered by the department head as a resignation without benefits. Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1985.
