AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
FUNDS AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATIONS
FOR THE ACQUISITION OF EVAPORATIVE CONDENSER
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the sum of $15,890 be transferred from the Unallocated
Reserve Account Appropriation of the General Revenue Sharing Fund, Account
No. 07-4467-539-38, to the Capital Expenditure/Transfer Account No.
07-4587-538-38 to provide appropriations for the purchase of
evaporative consenser equipment for the City Recreation Center ice -making
system.
Section 2. That the estimated revenue of the Recreation Center Fund,
Account 75-3907 "Transfer from Other Funds," be reestimated in the amount
of $15,890 resulting from transfer in Section 1, and that said sum be
appropriated from the Fund Balance of the Recreation Center Fund, Account
87-2660, to the following account for the purchase of evaporative condenser
equipment for the City ice -making system:
87-4471-668-52 Capital Outlay $15,890
Section 3. That the City Manager be directed to cause the appropriate
accounting entries to be made in the books and records of the City.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days following its
publication.

ice president and general manager of the newspaper know as The St Louts Park Sun and his full
knoll ledge of the facts herein stated as follows (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in
new spaper formal and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches
(2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once every week (3) Said newspaper has 50%
of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does
not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and
ad%ertisement (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipalities which it purports to
sere has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of al least 75%
of it- total circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second
class matter in its local post -office (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of St Louts Park,
Golden VdileN School District No 275 and Robbinsdale School District No 281 in the County of Hennepin
and it has its know n office of issue in the City of Hopkins in said county established and open during its
regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and
maintained by the managing officer of said newspaper or persons in its employ and subject to his
direction and control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular
business hours and at which said newspaper is printed (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue
immediatel% with the State Historical Society (7) Said newspaper is made available at single or
�ubscrtption prices to any person, corporation, partnership or other unincorporated association
requesting the newspaper and making the applicable pay ment (8) Said newspaper has complied w ith all
foregoing conditions for at least one year preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below (9)
Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1 1966 and each
Januar I thereafter and affidavit to the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the
managing officer of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a
legal newspaper
