The City Council of the City of St. Louis Park has determined that certain City -owned land is surplus property and shall be sold. Section 2. The lands to be sold are described as follows: Property I.D. 17-117-21 21 0185 3100 Oregon Avenue South Lots 1-10 inclusive and Lot 13, Block 4, Boulevard Heights 2nd Addition, subject to a utility easement over the East 10 feet of said lots. Property I.D. 17-117-21 23 0077 (Part) 3161 Sumter Avenue South Lot 40, Block 291, Rearrangement of St. Louis Park. This will only be sold to the buyer of State tax -forfeited land, Lot 39, Block 291. Both are needed for a buildable lot. The St. Louis Park City Council hereby directs and authorizes the Mayor and ity Manager to execute any and all instruments necessary to complete the sale of the above escribed property.
