LOUIS PARK -- b lrNANCE.CODE RELATING TO ZONING BY ADDING SECTION 14-155(3)(kk) THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, Section 14-155(3) is hereby amended by adding: (kk) Dry cleaning and laundry including route pick up and delivery subject to the following conditions when route pick up and/or delivery is involved: when the use does not involve more than 15,000 square feet of building area; when the use does not involve any outside parking or storage of trucks except for pick-up trucks and vans or light trucks with the manufacturer's rated cargo capacity of one ton or less; used in the operation of the business; and when the use does not involve any outside storage of tanks, cylinders or equipment. Outside storage of trash is permitted only when stored in enclosed metal containers and completely screened from view on all sides. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
