LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Sec. 1. Lots 21, 25, 26, 27 & 28, Block 1, Boulevard Heights; Lots 2, 3,, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and the North 30 feet of Lot 13, Block 1, Boulevard Heights 2nd Addition, were purchased for right of way for Louisiana Avenue and the total lot is no longer needed. The street can be constructed with an additional right of way of approximately the East 20 feet and the houses and remainder of the lots are no longer needed. The South 205 feet of the East 100 feet of the West 430.7 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 117, Range 21, except that part lying west of the line drawn from a point 33 feet north 15 feet east of the Southwest corner to a point in the north line 1 foot east of the North- west corner and the south 33 feet thereof. Sec. 2. It is hereby determined that the reasonable value of the 15 properties is $1,008,000.00. Sec. 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized on behalf of the City to sell on a contract for deed with a minimum of $10,000.00 per property for a total of $150,000.00 downpayment pursuant to 15 con- tracts for deed, together with interest on the unpaid principal balance at the rate of twelve per cent (12%) per annum. The Buyer shall make monthly payments of interest only commencing on April 1, 1982, and con- tinuing on the same day of each month thereafter until the first day of March, 1987, at which time the entire unpaid principal balances and all accrued interest thereon shall be due and payable. The Buyer shall have the right to prepay, at any time, in whole or in part, the unpaid princi- pal balances due under the contracts for deed without penalty or premium. Sec. 4.
