LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS BY REPLACING EXHIBIT A WITH EXHIBIT B THE CITY OF. ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Ordinance No. 1423 amended the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code as to zoning district boundaries by reclassifying certain lands from their existing Land Use District classified to PUD, Planned Unit Development, and stated that all lands within shall be developed in accordance with Exhibit A, Final General PUD Plan (Case No. 78-41-Z). Section 2. This ordinance replaces Exhibit A, Final General PUD Plan, with Exhibit B which is identical to Exhibit A except that the eight units of townhouses at the southeast corner of Natchez and Minnetonka are hereby deleted and substituted with a 27 unit multiple family structure (Case No. 81-115-Z). Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
